  2. The personal data you provide will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) – (c) of the GDPR to get in touch with you, to present the company’s offers and those of its cooperating entities, and to handle your requests and contact.

You have the right to access and rectify, erase or restrict processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary and required to fulfil the purpose for which the data is provided, in particular the handling of your requests and the presentation of offers. If you do not provide this data, it will not be possible to establish cooperation and be contacted by us.

The data you provide may only be shared with third-party service providers that process information for the Company, including companies that provide IT services, identity management, website hosting and management, data analytics, backup, security services and data storage. DATA PROCESSING

  1. We process data that is collected in connection with your use of the website www.waterhall.com, including those stored in cookies.
  2. When you contact us via the forms available on the websites, we collect your data, such as your name, surname, email address, and telephone number. The form also requires you to indicate whether or not you are interested in receiving marketing and commercial communication, as well as whether or not you consent to the processing of your personal data by the Company within the specified scope. In addition to the registration form, users’ personal data may be collected when providing other services.

COOKIES POLICY
